Dear Potential Malachi Kiner Golf Supporter:

The Beta Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in Gainesville, Florida is proud to announce our 10th Annual Malachi Kiner Golf Tournament on Saturday, March 17, 2008 at 8:00 AM at Ironwood Golf Course.

Beta Pi Chapter was established on May 1, 1972 and has developed a community service-based agenda. Local activities include involvement with the One Church, One Child Program, the Meals on Wheels Program, and St. Francis House.  During the month of November, we sponsor Achievement Week, which includes our annual Minority Youth Spelling Bee, Black Male Think Tank, and a host of other educational and empowering events.

    Proceeds from previous golf tournaments benefited the Caring and Sharing Learning Center, the Southeast Boys and Girls Club and the American Cancer Society.  Proceeds from this year’s event will be allocated to The Beta Pi Chapter Scholarship Fund supporting the scholarships that we award annually to high school and college students.

    In order to help make this event successful, we are asking you to sponsor our tournament. As a sponsor, your name or company name and logo will be made visible at our tournament and listed on our web page.  The different levels of sponsorship and what we will provide in return are as follows:
$1000.00 Scholarship Level Sponsor: You will be listed as a Scholarship Level Sponsor. (1) Your name will be presented in conjunction with the Beta Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. on the scholarship award letter of the recipient. (2)Your name and/or logo will be listed on a banner in the clubhouse during the tournament, (3) an individual sign with your name and/or logo will be posted at the hole of your choice on the golf course, (4) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet, and (5) this includes admission to the tournament for a Foursome of your choice.

$500.00 Tournament Level Sponsor: - You will be listed as an Event Level Sponsor. (1) Your name and/or logo will be listed on a banner in the clubhouse during the tournament, (2) an individual sign with your name and/or logo will be posted at the hole of your choice on the golf course, (3) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet, and (4) this includes admission to the tournament for a Foursome of your choice.

$400.00 Long Drive Level Sponsor: - You will be listed as a Long Drive Level Sponsor. (1) Your name and/or logo will be listed on a banner in the clubhouse during the tournament, (2) a large individual sign with your name and/or logo will be posted at the Driving Range, (3) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet, and (4) this includes admission to the tournament for a Twosome of your choice.

$300.00 Eagle Level Sponsor: - You will be listed as an Eagle Level Sponsor. (1) Your name and/or logo will be listed on a banner in the clubhouse during the tournament, (2) a large individual sign with your name and/or logo will be posted at the Putting Green, (3) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet, and (4) this includes admission to the tournament for a Twosome of your choice.

$200.00 Gold Sponsor: You will be listed as a Gold Level Sponsor. (1) A sign with your name and/or logo will be posted at the hole of your choice on the golf course, (2) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet, and (3) this includes admission to the tournament.

$100.00 Purple Sponsor: You will be listed as a Purple Sponsor for our tournament. (1) A sign with your name and/or logo will be posted on the golf course, and (2) your name and/or logo will be printed in the golf tournament event booklet.

        Hole preference is based on a first come first serve basis. Donations must be received no later than May 1, 2008 to insure that your name and/or logo can be placed on the hole of your choice. Donations are tax deductible (TAX ID# 59-3267489).
